Chief Engineer
Probable salary: US$ 5,500 - 8,500 per month.
Functions: Responsible for the entire technical operations of the vessel including engineering, electrical, and mechanical divisions.
Requirements: Extensive experience with minimum five to eight years in subordinate positions on board ships.
Diploma: Accredited maritime training school or facility and fluent English Language skills required.

Chief Electrician
Probable salary: US$ 3,000 - 4,000 per month.
Functions: Responsible for the entire electrical system on board the ship.
Requirements: Extensive experience with minimum two to five years in subordinate positions on board ships.
Diploma: Accredited maritime training school or facility and fluent English Language skills required.

Chief Radio Officer
Probable salary: US$ 2,500 - 3,500 per month.
Functions: Responsible for weather and traffic communications, e-mails, calls and faxes to/from Head Office and the personal correspondence of passengers and crew.
Requirements: Diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility, GMDSS Certificate and fluent English Language skills required.

Ship's Service Manager
Probable salary: US$ 2,500 - 3,500 per month.
Functions: Responsible for air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and plumbing systems.
Requirements: Class I HND in Marine Engineering from an accredited maritime training school or facility and fluent English Language skills.

Motorman
Probable salary: US$ 1,600 - 2,000 per month.
Functions: Responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of specific engine parts as directed by the Chief Engineer.
Requirements: Experience with minimum one to two years on board ships.
Diploma: Accredited maritime training school or facility and good English Language skills required.

Plumber
Probable salary: US$ 1,600 - 2,000 per month.
Functions: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all plumbing.
Requirements: Experience with minimum one to two years on board ships; basic English Language skills.
